Outcome by Design
Now in its 11th edition, the IHH Quality Summit returns to Malaysia with a theme that reflects how meaningful progress in healthcare is made.
Outcome by Design begins with a clear belief: better outcomes do not happen by chance. They are shaped by deliberate choices and systems designed to support the right action at every step.
This idea is brought to life through Malaysia's songket heritage.
In songket, every thread is woven with care and purpose. On its own, a single thread may seem small. When woven together, the threads create something strong and distinctive.
The same is true of quality across IHH Healthcare. Every decision and every detail contributes to the care patients experience. When each part is thoughtfully connected, better outcomes are intentionally designed to happen consistently.
